How Daniel closed CHF 250K in revenue across his two marketing agencies.

Daniel Eskandar runs two marketing agencies: dartera, a Swiss digital agency, and Akquire, an AI lead generation agency. Two different companies, two different ICPs, the same problem underneath: barbaric outbound that didn't convert. Over a year in, we run outbound for both, and the engine has closed CHF 250K in revenue.

"I talked with around 15 agencies and this was a very obvious choice. If there are people that can generate money out of your investment, it would be Viralnetix."

The two businesses in Daniel's portfolio
dartera
Swiss digital agency
dartera is a Swiss marketing agency, 11 years in, building web design, web development and outbound campaigns. Strong delivery. Outbound that produced some results without ever scaling.
Akquire
AI lead generation
Akquire is a done-for-you AI lead generation agency. It had sent campaigns before, but none of them turned into a single qualified meeting.

Two different companies, two different ICPs, the same problem underneath: barbaric outbound that didn't convert.

The challenge

Eleven years of dartera, and outbound that hadn't kept up.

Daniel Eskandar has been running dartera for over 11 years, a Swiss marketing agency doing web design, web development and outbound campaigns. The business worked. The outbound, in Daniel's own words, was "very, very barbaric": defining ICPs, building lists, filling out a few variables, sending.

It produced some results. But Daniel knew there were opportunities on the ground he wasn't capturing. The right people at the right moment weren't being reached. The signals weren't being read.

Daniel interviewed around 10 to 15 outbound agencies. The throughline he was looking for: actual triggers, actual signals, the right person at the right moment. That's what he brought us in to build.

The approach

Build the Cold Engine, then run plays through it.

We rebuilt dartera's outbound from the data layer up: a single Cold Engine, structured to keep multiple plays running against the Swiss market in parallel. Different angles, different lists, same standard underneath, all engineered toward one thing, a qualified conversation with a real Swiss buyer.

One of the plays that worked hardest, lookalikes off dartera's own success stories. Real clients it had already delivered for became the targeting model, then matched against the wider market. Other plays ran beside it, kept or killed based on what actually pulled conversations.

Across every play, every prospect got a real, website-specific observation as the opening line. Not "I loved your website." A concrete reason to talk. Lookalikes sourced, contacts enriched, addresses validated, all before a single email went out.

"We have a system now that we know we can put so much in and essentially get so much back. It's actually what I think everyone is aspiring to have."

The system

dartera's Cold Engine.

One engine, two layers, multiple plays. Built to keep producing qualified Swiss conversations, regardless of which angle is pulling hardest that week.

The data layer
Targeting built for plays, not one campaign
A prospect base structured for multiple angles into the Swiss market, not a single shot.
Lookalikes off dartera's best clients, one input among several
Right buyers identified per company
Contact data enriched and validated
Lists clean before a single email goes out
The outbound layer
Multiple plays, one engine
Different angles running in parallel, every prospect opened with a real, website-specific observation.
Lookalike play running off proven success stories
Other plays layered in, tested, kept or killed
Website-specific opener per prospect, across every play
Sequenced and scheduled by our operators
Result
Qualified Swiss prospects landing in Daniel's inbox
Companies that look like dartera's best work, each one opened with a specific, personalized reason to talk. The agency had a pipeline again.
The results

A business Daniel had written off has a real pipeline again.

With the Cold Engine running, dartera's pipeline came back to life. A steady flow of qualified Swiss conversations, active opportunities deep in the funnel, and a market that had gone completely silent now responding.

  • Qualified pipeline rebuilt from zero, real Swiss buyers in active conversation with the agency again.
  • A real outbound system in place, replacing the founder-led process Daniel had been running himself.
  • Multiple plays running in parallel, so growth doesn't depend on one campaign working. Lookalikes off success stories, industry angles, observation-led plays, all inside the same engine.
  • Swiss buyers responding to dartera again, in a market that had gone completely silent before.

Then Daniel started his second agency. He handed us the outbound from day one.

Akquire is Daniel's AI-powered lead generation agency, founded after dartera came back to life. Outbound is literally what Akquire sells to its clients, so the team has the playbook. The question wasn't capability, it was focus.

Daniel made the call early, spend his time building Akquire, signing clients, shipping product, not running another outbound function from scratch alongside everything else. He had already seen what we built for dartera. He brought us in before the first campaign went out.

Same Cold Engine framework, raised for global reach. Twenty plays running in parallel across Europe, the US East Coast, and a test into Asia. Plays scaled, iterated or killed based on what actually pulled qualified conversations. The engine kept producing pipeline either way.

"Once dartera was working, handing Akquire over was the obvious move. Same team, different business, same standard. I don't think about outbound anymore for either of them, and the calendar keeps filling."

The outcome

Live pipeline, Daniel's time back, the second agency running on autopilot.

Within months of going live, Akquire's Cold Engine was producing real pipeline across all three regions, with the engine running end-to-end and Daniel free to focus on building the business.

  • From zero qualified conversations to a live pipeline, opening with the kind of buyers Akquire targets, across three regions and growing.
  • Three regions live in parallel, Europe, the US East Coast and an Asia test, each play with its own copy and cycle.
  • Outbound run end-to-end by the Viralnetix team, so Daniel stays focused on building the business.
The bigger picture

Why one founder handed us his whole portfolio.

dartera came first. We rebuilt outbound for the agency Daniel had been running for over 11 years, and within months his pipeline was steady and calculatable for the first time. That is what earned the second business. Once the Cold Engine proved itself on dartera, Daniel handed us Akquire too, and the same approach gave the new agency a real outbound motion from day one, with pipeline growing across all three regions.

That is the real story here. Not one campaign that worked, but a founder who trusted us with one business, saw what happened, and then trusted us with everything he owns. Two companies, two markets, one outbound engine, run by the same team.

"Viralnetix is honestly the best B2B marketing investment I've made in the last three or four years. I run two companies, both outbound runs through one team, and I don't have to think about it."

Scaling Together

Two engines built. Both compounding.

dartera's Cold Engine keeps producing qualified Swiss conversations, with new plays added every cycle. Akquire's keeps scaling across regions, with 20 plays running in parallel. Both engines run as part of Daniel's team, not as an outside vendor, and both get sharper every cycle.

If you run more than one business, or one business that has stalled on outbound, we can help. We build and run Cold Engines that turn scattered, manual outreach into a systematic pipeline of qualified conversations, end-to-end, so you don't have to think about it.
